Print all imposed pages single-sided on standard A4 paper. Set printing scale to 100% (Actual Size) in portrait orientation, to ensure fold lines match the measurements.
Fold each printed sheet horizontally along the center dotted crease line, folding the green bottom half backward behind the blue top half. This hides the blank side of the paper and leaves the blue pages visible on the outside.
Fold the landscape strip vertically in half, folding the blue pages inwards (facing each other). The green cover pages on the back will fold around, making the 'F' cover page emerge right-side up on the outside.
Apply the 25-50-25 Spine Cutting Rule along the center fold of each strip:
- Cover Strips (Sheet 1): Cut a single slit in the center 50% of the spine.
- Inner Strips (Sheet 2+): Cut 25% from top and bottom edges, leaving a center tab.
Stack all inner strips together. Roll/compress the stack along the folded spine, push them through the cover strip's center slit, then flatten. The tabs will lock securely.
